    The recipes and case studies are a source of professional development.
    Do we feel that the current good practice recipes could be the basis of future professional development workshops?

    Good starting point. Key to transfer of good practice is getting regular exchange between two parties involved, to identify the 'essence' of what make the good practice work in one HEI and how to et it working in another. What else could we do to make this happen? More staff exchange?

    As Lambert report said, we need people to meet to get real exchange and understanding.

    We need to get behind these good practices and this is best done through face to face visits/meetings.

    We have started staff exchange programme with Centres of Knowledge Exchange with support from Coventry University.

    Would community like staff/team exchange programmes around good practices?
